Reprint Guarantee
If a transfer arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we reprint and reship it at no cost — no forms, no argument. Contact us with your order number (a photo of the issue helps us fix it faster).
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, you may request a refund, exchange, or reprint within 30 days. After your request is approved, return shipping is covered by us. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund is approved and returned to the original payment method.
Custom Products
Custom DTF transfers, gang sheets, and UV DTF transfers are printed to order from the artwork and specifications you submit. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production error or defect — in which case the Reprint Guarantee above applies.
Cancellations & Changes
Custom orders enter production quickly — orders placed before 11 AM PT are usually printed the same day. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number; we can change or cancel any order that has not yet entered production. Once printing has started, custom orders can no longer be cancelled, but the Reprint Guarantee still covers any production error.
