Workflow
From your file to a clean transfer
Three steps between an upload and a press-ready print.
Prepare the file
Export a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI in the finished print size. Check spelling and final proportions before uploading.
Upload and check the warnings
The builder shows a resolution indicator on every image: green means optimal. If a background is detected, use the built-in Remove Background tool or continue deliberately.
We review before printing
Every custom order gets an artwork check for common production issues. If something would print badly, we flag it before the press runs — not after.
Common questions
File questions we hear most
My logo is low resolution. Can you still print it?
Often, yes. The builder can auto-resize images to meet 300 DPI, and basic cleanup — backgrounds, edges, light sharpening — can be handled before production. Files that need major reconstruction are flagged before we print.
Do you accept vector files?
Yes — SVG, AI, and EPS upload directly and print the cleanest, because they scale to any size without losing detail.
What happens if my file has a background?
The builder detects it and warns you before checkout. You can remove it with the built-in tool, discard the upload, or keep the background if it's intentional.
How small can text and details be?
Very thin isolated lines, tiny dots, and very small text are harder to press cleanly. Keep small text bold and simple, and check the resolution indicator when you scale artwork down.
Can I build my file in Canva?
Yes — the builder connects to Canva and imports your design directly. One caution: Canva exports can arrive with a white background, so check the background warning before checkout.
