What is a DTF transfer?
DTF (direct-to-film) is a transfer process where your artwork is printed onto film and then applied to a garment with heat and pressure. ProfPrint ships the physical transfer — it is not a digital download.
Which ordering option should I use?
Use Order DTF by Size for one design at a known size. Upload Your Gang Sheet when your sheet is already arranged. Build a Gang Sheet when separate designs still need placing. No artwork? Browse the ready-to-press catalog.
What type of artwork should I upload?
A transparent, high-resolution PNG works best. Avoid tiny artwork, heavy compression and unwanted backgrounds — and if your file isn't perfect, submit the best version you have and we'll flag problems before printing.
Can you help with a low-quality file or background removal?
Yes. Custom orders receive an artwork check, and basic cleanup — backgrounds, edges, sizing — can often be handled before production. Files that need major reconstruction are flagged before we print.
Do I need a gang sheet?
No. If you only need individual transfers, order by size. Gang sheets are worth it when you combine multiple designs or repeat graphics on one larger sheet.
Can I use DTF on any fabric?
DTF works on many common garment materials, but results vary by fabric composition, coating and heat tolerance. Test unfamiliar or heat-sensitive materials before a full production run.
How fast will my order ship?
